  Michael Kilpatrick founded  Eagle Inspection and Consulting Inc. in 2004 and with his 40+ years experience in the Oil and Gas pipeline industry he provides his expertise through the services provided by EIC Inc. Mike and his teams are involved in the projects from the initial engineering through commission.  He provided the construction management and inspection of multiple pipeline and facility systems for Eagle clients. Through his experience and leadership  EIC Inc. has managed successful projects for the past 15 years. 

David Smith brings over 40 years of experience in the Oil & Gas pipeline industry.  He has managed major projects including some of the most challenging in the country.  From Chief Inspector to Construction Management, he assures his projects are built efficiently and safely. His expertise is unmatched.  He has brought the best talent in the industry along side him which has made Eagle Inspection and Consulting, Inc. one of the most qualified firms in the industry.
